Carrabba's Filet Bryan is Amazing!

My husband and I first experienced Carrabba's Filet Bryan about a year and a half ago. We were out to dinner with his life coach and his wife who recommended we try the Chicken Bryan topping on the filet. It was to die for! We've been back to Carrabba's couple of times for the Filet Bryan. Last Saturday we decided to try recreating it at home. We used this recipe and replaced the chicken with steak. (It is also very tasty on chicken.) We used chicken stock instead of white wine and also used a little less sundried tomato then it called for. It turned out a tiny bit salty, but we considered it a great success otherwise. Maybe look for goat cheese with less salt or don't season your meat much at all, and definitely don't add any salt to the lemon butter sauce! This dish is definitely not low calorie, but a great one to splurge on every once in a while. We'll definitely be making it again.
