Ebelskivers

We tried making these little beauties over the weekend. They turned out pretty well for the first time. We got our pan here. They are delicious with cinnamon and sugar.

Mmmm...I love Ebelskivers! I remember mom making them a few times when I was younger. They're like little doughnuts, but taste better, I think.

Ebelskivers are an old tradition in my family as well. My uncle used to make them all the time and I'd see how many I could eat in one sitting. We always dip them in butter, then sugar. I never thought of cinnamon. Love, LOVE them. I describe them as a ball pancake. Same basic texture but AMAZING flavor.
