Parmesan Risotto
A little while ago, I stumbled upon a cute little blog called My Muffin Thursdays with super yummy recipes. I have wanted to try the parmesan risotto recipe since I first saw it. I finally tried it last night, and it was delicious! There are so many other recipes that look fabulous, and I can't wait to try them. Go check it out!

OK--so my non-dairy-ness has gotten markedly worse with pregnancy. So, I can't try this particular recipe...but OH MY GOODNESS! I love her site! It's yummy, gourmet-ish food that isn't over the top. I have bookmarked so many into my "Try It Out" cooking folder. It's going to keep me busy for months! :)
P.S. My verification word is "farsh"--which I think is a really mean joke. You know, farce and harsh mixed?
